On 26 March 2013, the Board of Directors approved the new organizational model, which was then implemented on 2 May 2013.
In line with the framework defined in the new statute, the organizational model is based on principles of simplicity, effectiveness, efficiency and economy. It has the following objectives:
- to streamline work processes, by reducing the chain of command and by joining together certain services and functions;
- to reduce the number of organizational units, given the trend towards the rationalization of human and financial resources;
- to optimize the management of human resources, through the development and the interchangeability of skills available, along with an appropriate distribution of workloads.
